I think that I’ve finally been bitten by the bug. Will be able to get it scanned tomorrow.

If this is your first one in 19 years, you aren't doing so bad. If your not doing them yourself and you're having to pay a high labor rate, you can just do the one bank. Doesn't cost much more time to do the 4 instead of one, but does cost a fair amount more to do all 8 with parts and labor.

Thanks Paul. I’m just handy enough to get in trouble. I’ll have a trusted shop do all four on that side with new plugs as well.

That's me too, Gene - that's why I had a shop do the current IG's.

Plus I’d probably get dizzy having my head down so much. Then I’d keel over hitting my head on the concrete. That could crack the concrete and send me on another $7K ambulance ride (just $3,500 per mile).

Just back from getting my car. Replaced all coils and plugs on the bank with the problem. Gave it a hard drive home and it performed like a champ. Beautiful top down day around here.
